Welcome to Meta Music Education! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or enrolling in our programs.
1. Overview of Meta Music Education
At Meta Music Education, our mission is to change lives through music by fostering rapid skill acquisition, creativity, and community connection. We aim to provide high-quality music instruction in a fun, supportive environment while maintaining professional standards that reflect our values.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in any lessons, classes, or programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
3. Eligibility for Enrollment
• Students of all skill levels are welcome.
• Parents/guardians must consent to the enrollment of minors under the age of 18.
• Enrollment is subject to available class and lesson slots.
4. Payments and Billing
• Payment terms are included in the specific membership agreements.
• Recurring payments will be processed automatically, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation Policy: A 30-day notice is required for membership cancellation. The final bill will be prorated to cover the 30-day window.
5. Lesson Cancellations and Make-Up Credits
• Private lessons canceled more than 24 hours in advance will automatically receive a make-up credit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a make-up credit, except for illness or family emergencies (if notice is given before the appointment).
• No credits will be restored for no-call/no-shows.
• Cancellations must be submitted through the app or online portal. Cancellations via text, email, or voicemail may result in delays and loss of credit.
6. Use of Equipment and Liability
• Students are responsible for using Meta Music Education’s equipment with care.
• You Break It, You Buy It Policy: Students or parents agree to replace or repair any damaged items.
• Reckless or intentional behavior causing damage may result in suspension without refund.
7. Code of Conduct and Behavior
To maintain a supportive and fun learning environment, students are expected to:
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Follow instructions regarding equipment usage and classroom etiquette.
Failure to adhere to this code may result in temporary or permanent suspension without a refund.
8. Communication Preferences
• By default, important communications, including lesson reminders, will be sent via Email/SMS/Push Notifications.
• Users may adjust their communication preferences but are strongly encouraged to keep default settings for timely reminders.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal information will be collected, stored, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We take reasonable steps to ensure data security but cannot guarantee the protection of data transmitted over the internet.
10. Limitation of Liability
• Meta Music Education shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services you have purchased from us.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website or lessons may include links to third-party services. Meta Music Education is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party websites.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Meta Music Education reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the website.
13. Termination of Services
Meta Music Education reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms or other policies.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
